I met Danica at my husbands office, we got talking, I instantly like this aspiring fashion designer clearly remembering the black and white polkadot dress she wore.
The next time I saw her she said: "She would like to book a shoot". Her dad is leaving the country and she wanted something special for her dad. Create a beautiful memory that he can hold onto and be reminded of his family. She was also very specific that she would like an outdoor shoot as dad loves the outdoors.
Loved the shoot, thinking of having a family shoot - Say Hello and we can chat!!
I absolutely love the idea of celebrating your final year at school surrounded by your parents, grand parents, aunts, cousins and friends.
Saying goodbye to a part in your life that you thought will never end but will surely miss. It has partly shaped you to the person you are today.
Preparing for new season, taking steps towards realising the dreams and visions you had as a little girl, the world now your oyster.
Beautiful Saskia we celebrate you and who you have become and my prayer is that you live your life fulfilling your purpose.
Love - Zee
This is most probably one of my most loved shoots, an extension of who I am. I absolutely love the city. When I was a teenager I use to spend my school holidays in Braamfontein, so this was home for me.
When Martin asked me to do a shoot of him and his girlfriend Elisa in our beautiful city, I was smiling ear to ear.
He wanted to do something special for her, as she will be here on holiday from Germany (they both from Germany). He wanted to give her a gift that expresses how he sees South-Africa, he felt the city with its bright colours, hustle and bustle will do just that and it did.
The images shows both mine and Martins love for South-Africa. Most of all how this couple feel about each other, they sweet, innocent, funny and loveable.

There is nothing as hard as change, yet change is inevitable, its a requirement its how we grow.
If we don't change we become stale, we can't adapt.
I have found in my business I need to change some things to be able to swim with the tide and I also realised the importance to know though change is good, it should not change who I am my vision, my self worth. It always cause one to stand still and evaluate is this change for me.
"Change is hard because people over estimate the value of what they have, and underestimate the value of what they may gain by giving that up." - James Belasco and Ralph Stayer, Authors of Flight of the Bufflo
